USjournal.com Expects BIG 2010

2009 was not a small year by any means for USjournal.com:

* We introduced a new, more robust reporting system for our advertisers:
http://www.USjournal.com/en/educators/reports.html

* We identified three respected agents in specific language markets to help feed qualified students to our advertisers:
http://www.USAcademics-kr.com in Korean
http://www.USAcademics-jp.com in Japanese
http://www.USAcademics-tr.com in Turkish

* We launched a number of precision marketing campaigns via our mobile site:
http://www.USjournal.com/en/educators/newsletters/09jan1.html

And we presented sessions, workshops and webinars about international student recruitment.

So, what's in store for 2010?

A lot. We'll be launching another independent service designed to significantly improve the efficiency and integrity of verifying funding sources of prospective international students and scholars around the world. The service will be available to prospective students, host campuses and host governments. Each current USjournal.com advertiser will be entitled to an extended complimentary trial period. Stay tuned!

The other significant project on our plate for 2010 involves measuring Return on Investment (ROI) in international student recruitment. NAFSA accepted our ROI session proposal for Kansas City, slated for Thursday, 3 June at 3:45 p.m. We look forward to moving beyond the philosophical discussion, and digging deep into a number of specific case studies. I hope you'll consider submitting a case study of your own, to ultimately benefit the entire field of international enrollment management: cheryl@USjournal.com

Happy Holidays!

We wish you all the best during this glorious season, and hope that the year ahead is filled with joy and peace for you and yours.
