NAFSA Conference Planning
We look forward to re-connecting with colleagues, and meeting new ones, at NAFSA's Annual Conference in a few weeks! Reserve some time to meet with USjournal.com's Cheryl Darrup-Boychuck to discuss ways we can help you effectively recruit international students. Our talking points:
- More robust reporting structure
- More external links, especially to advertisers' videos or social networking sites
- More opportunities for rotating campus photos on our home page (See invitation below)
- Deeper affiliation with UCIEP
- Deeper affiliation with AIRC
- Progress on our international student funds verification project
- Getting to Green: Minimizing our carbon footprint
Let me know if you're available on Saturday, 29 May at noon for lunch, or Tuesday, 1 June at 4:30 p.m.: cheryl@USjournal.com

Request for ROI Case Studies
I need one more case study to measure Return on Investment in online international student recruitment. Can you help?
The case studies will be used during a general session at the NAFSA Annual Conference in Kansas City, at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday, 3 June 2010. Please download and complete this simple spreadsheet template:
http://www.USjournal.com/en/educators/erecruit/10/ROI.xls
If you attend the session personally, you may present your case study informally, in our Speed Dating Format. In the event you are not able to join us in Kansas City, I encourage you to send the case study to cheryl@USjournal.com. I will certainly respect your wishes for anonymity, if you prefer.
Please note: The case studies do not need to involve USjournal.com. We invite all submissions, including the good, the bad and the ugly. Questions or comments? eMail cheryl@USjournal.com. Thanks in advance!
Request for Campus Photos
Current advertisers of USjournal.com may send us high-resolution images for rotation in our home page headers. We need images in landscape format (as opposed to portrait), with a minimum of 1,200 pixels in width, in .png, .jpg or .gif extensions. Specifically, we're looking for medical or nursing classes, broadcasting or art studios, and science or engineering labs (no generic computer labs, please).
Please send them to cheryl@USjournal.com
